Accommodation rates are listed below and are for two people and include GST.  Rates are for the entire house, rooms are not let individually.

Each additional adult is $30 per person per night, children are $10 per child per night.

There are no surcharges or rate increases for public or school holidays.  

All linen, bedding and towels are included in the above rates.

Also included are complimentary tea and coffee supplies and everyday bathroom amenities such as soap, shampoo and handwash.  

A complimentary linen change is also provided for stays greater than 7 nights. 

A portacot is available at no extra charge, however cot linen is not provided.

Smoking is not permitted in the house, you may smoke in the backyard.

The backyard is not fenced and is therefore not suitable for pets.

Administrative Details

We require payment upfront, instructions for payment are provided with your booking confirmation.  Credit cards are accepted, VISA, Mastercard and Amex.

Credit card details are required as a security deposit for the duration of your stay.  No monies will be deducted without first discussing this with you.
