Accommodation rates are listed below and are for two people and include GST. Rates are for the entire house, rooms are not let individually.
| Mid-week - 1 night | $189 per night |
| Mid-week - 2 or more nights | $169 per night |
| Weekend (Friday & Saturday night) | $390 per weekend |
| Friday or Saturday only | $240 per night |
| Week | $990 per week |
Each additional adult is $30 per person per night. Children are $10 per child per night.

Smoking is not permitted in the house, you may smoke in the back yard.
The back yard is not fenced and is therefore not suitable for pets.
Administrative Details
We require payment upfront, instructions for payment are provided with your booking confirmation. Credit cards are accepted, VISA, Mastercard and Amex.
Credit card details are required as a security deposit for the duration of your stay. No monies will be deducted without first discussing this with you.
